who we are
Ellie & Carly share the goal of creating a community based around nature & sustainably cultivated food.
Wild Spore Co started with a bang in 2025 when we left our careers in brewing and jumped head first into the fabulous world of fungi.
what we do
From a humble set up in Ellie's parents garage, Wild Spore Co grow & sell a variety of seasonal speciality mushrooms. We focus on many species of oyster as well as favourites like shiitake & lion's mane.

Our fresh produce can be found in markets & restaurants throughout the north of England.
what's next
Having completed our first expansion we're steaming ahead straight onto the next.
